I want to start this off by saying that many women do things they aren't okay with so that the man is not upset and that not a good way of thinking.
Most women including myself have been in a situation where they are having sex with a man and they want to stop but don't know what to do. Do you yell at him? Do you keep going? Do you take action? Well, in my opinion only one of those options is right. The last one. Something that both men and women don't understand is that during sex the woman's comfort is the most important thing. The mans comfort and enjoyment come last every time no matter what.
So women, if you feel that you want to stop then stop it, and the safest way of doing that is with the testicle twist. Grabbing a testicle and squeezing as hard as you can until either he passes out or the testicle is ruptured is the best way to stop sex. Like I said, your needs come first no matter what. It doesn't matter if it hurts the man or if he is sorry. Him losing a testicle is a far better outcome then you feeling sexually assaulted. If you are feeling uncomfortable don't be afraid to use the twist on a man.
